TESCRA India is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Writer II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how users understand and interact with complex technologies. You will contribute to the creation of clear, concise, and accurate documentation that empowers users, particularly developers, to effectively utilize our products.

This position requires a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent writing abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, write, edit, and maintain high-quality operational and instructional procedures for web-based publications and user-facing platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to transform intricate ideas and concepts into easily understandable, plain language content.
- Develop comprehensive tutorials, reference documentation, and API guides tailored for a developer audience.
- Empower Adobe users by creating content that facilitates learning and self-sufficient troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to incorporating feedback and ideas from stakeholders.




- Work effectively within cross-functional teams, including geographically dispersed and remote team members.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery.
- Adopt a global perspective in content creation, advocating for designs and language that support internationalization and collaborating with the translations team to enhance quality.
- Produce content that adheres to established company documentation standards and quality assurance protocols.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., BCA, B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Must-Have Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of qualified experience in technical writing.
- Proficiency in Git for version control.
- Expertise in Markdown for content creation.
- Experience with FrameMaker for technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with CSS for web content.
- Experience in instructional design principles.
- Background in video production for technical content.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other team members.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
