Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver high-quality training programs for students on various software technologies such as Java, React.js, and others.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Provide individualized support to students through one-on-one coaching sessions or group discussions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course materials and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate training, technical faculty, or technical instruction roles.
- Solid expertise in at least two programming languages (Java) along with knowledge of front-end development frameworks like React.js.
- Excellent communication skills for effective presentation delivery and student interaction.
