About The Role We are hiring for a Senior Technical Writer to join our team remotely. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge software products and contribute significantly to the creation of comprehensive technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing within the software or technology sector, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to develop, update, and maintain high-quality documentation that supports our product ecosystem.

Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key qualifications include proven experience in technical writing for software or technology products, especially in documenting APIs, SDKs, or developer tools. A strong command of grammar, syntax, and technical writing standards is essential. Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare is preferred.

The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. A degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience.

Responsibilities





- Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for software products, including user guides, API references, troubleshooting manuals, and onboarding materials.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather technical details, understand product functionalities, and ensure documentation reflects the latest updates and features.
- Create and update API documentation, detailing endpoints, parameters, request/response examples, and usage scenarios to facilitate developer integration.
- Maintain version control for documentation to accurately reflect software changes, releases, and updates over time.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to organizational style guidelines.
- Assist in establishing documentation standards and best practices to improve clarity and usability across all technical content.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to stay informed about product developments and provide input on documentation needs.
