We are currently inviting applications for our Industry Training Program with Pre-Placement Prospect (PPO).

Position: Technical Trainee (Industry Training Program with PPO)

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Onsite

Eligibility: MCA / M. Tech candidates with a Computer Science or IT background from 2027 batch

Training Duration: 6 Months

Training Nature: Structured Technical Training Program

Monthly Stipend: Unpaid

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Based on performance and assessments during the training period.

Compensation Structure (Post-PPO):

- ₹3 LPA during the first year
- ₹4 LPA after successful completion of one year
- ₹5.5 LPA after successful completion of the second year

Service Agreement (Applicable Post-PPO): 2.5 Years

Program Overview

Candidates will undergo guided technical training conducted by our internal technical team. The program is designed to provide exposure to enterprise platforms, automation concepts, IT operations,



and industry best practices.

Training Coverage

- Exposure to day-to-day technical activities
- Participation in project-related and platform-based tasks
- Documentation and knowledge management support
- Structured training and learning sessions
- Execution of assigned tasks under technical guidance

- Initial Screening based on candidate profiles
- Technical and HR Interview for shortlisted candidates
