We’re Hiring: Technical SEO Specialist

We’re looking for a Technical SEO Specialist who can take ownership of SEO performance, diagnose technical website issues, and turn opportunities into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

- Own SEO performance across multiple client websites
- Conduct technical SEO audits and diagnose issues affecting crawling, indexing, and organic visibility
- Identify and prioritize high-impact technical opportunities based on data and business goals
- Develop and execute technical SEO strategies across multiple websites
- Audit and implement technical SEO elements such as canonical tags, 301 redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, internal linking, and indexation controls
- Monitor Core Web Vitals, page speed, and overall website performance
- Use SEO tools to crawl websites, identify issues, and uncover optimization opportunities
- Monitor organic performance and connect SEO efforts to traffic, leads, and revenue
- Communicate technical recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong technical SEO, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, site architecture, and technical SEO best practices




- Experience working with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google PageSpeed Insights
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization
- Comfortable working with developers and diagnosing website issues
- Ability to translate technical SEO findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
- Agency or multi-client experience is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-directed, organized, and accountable
- Availability to work EST business hours (9 AM – 5 PM)
