Role Description The Technical Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for providing hands-on technical support and service for Hot Runner Systems, Auxiliary Equipment, and Pick-and-Place Robots at customer locations and within the facility. Daily activities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, performing installations, commissioning, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

The role involves collaborating with engineering and sales teams to resolve customer concerns, documenting service activities, and preparing technical reports.

Engineer will interact directly with customers to explain technical solutions, provide operational guidance, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and system performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills, including experience with industrial machinery or automation systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, or servicing of manufacturing equipment, hot runner systems, or robotics is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics, and use standard diagnostic tools and instruments.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed and work in a fast-paced manufacturing and service setting.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
