Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer with 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in Industrial Automation, with robust skills in business development, technical sales, customer handling, negotiation, and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with OEMs, end users, EPCs, system integrators, and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell industrial automation and turnkey engineering solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Project teams.
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, techno-commercial offers, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and site visits.
- Achieve assigned sales and order-booking targets.
- Develop and manage key customer accounts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Travel across India for customer meetings, business development, and site visits.

Required Skills

- 3–7 years of experience in Sales, preferably Industrial Automation / Technical Sales.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Knowledge of Siemens Automation / TIA Portal will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and independently develop new business.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel across India.
