Job Responsibilities:

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT professionals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, and other employment-related aspects.
- Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and support timely closures.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of candidate profiles.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Basic understanding of US IT recruitment and technical job roles.
- Ability to work effectively in a US shift environment.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in US IT recruitment.
