Key Responsibilities

Customer Conversations & Technical Services:

Act as the primary technical point of contact, handling expert customer queries, conducting on-site product demonstrations, and resolving structural application challenges.

Mix Trials & Product Optimization: Conduct and supervise concrete mix trials at construction sites and ready-mix plants to demonstrate product superiority and ensure structural excellence.

Dealer & Retailer Relationship Management: Cultivate robust, long-term partnerships with our dealer and retailer network to ensure seamless technical support and top-of-mind brand awareness.

Demand Generation & Lead Management: Proactively identify and generate high-quality sales leads from the market, transforming technical advisory into commercial orders.
