IT Technical Recruiter (Domestic India Hirning)

Noida 63 ( US Time Zone)

Full Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles (IT, software, engineering).
- Source candidates using job portals, Naukari, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen profiles for technical fit, communication skills, and role alignment.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.




- Build strong relationships with candidates to improve offer acceptance.
- Track daily/weekly recruitment metrics and report progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in domestic India technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other India job portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for product companies or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment dashboards.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and niche technical roles.
