Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end technical hiring and understands IT/Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and role requirements.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers/HODs to understand and close open positions within TAT.
- Manage multiple requirements and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.

Technical Hiring Exposure Experience recruiting for technologies such as:

AWS, Azure, Cloud/DevOps, Linux, Windows, .NET, Angular, PHP, SQL, AI/ML, Cyber Security,



Networking and IT Infrastructure.

Requirements

- 0–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical screening.
- Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring for Cloud/Infrastructure or technical support roles will be an advantage.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management or a relevant discipline. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
