- Manage end-to-end delivery of e-commerce projects and enhancements.

- Partner with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Engineering, QA, UX, and third-party vendors.

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release planning.

- Coordinate integrations with payment gateways, OMS, CRM, ERP, PIM, loyalty platforms, and marketing tools.

- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.

- Monitor project KPIs, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

- Manage UAT production

Required Skills:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or CommerceTools

.

- Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations,



cloud technologies, and web technologies.

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and project governance.

- Knowledge of digital commerce processes including checkout, payments, fulfillment, promotions, and customer journeys.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 12+ years of project/program management experience.

- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.

- Experience managing distributed/global teams.
