Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing technical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scope and milestones, tracking progress, managing risks and dependencies, and resolving issues that impact delivery.

The Technical Project

Manager will facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, prepare status reports, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.



This role also involves supporting program-level initiatives, contributing to resource planning, and helping shape execution practices within the venture studio environment.

- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical initiatives.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions that support project outcomes.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven Team Leadership experience to motivate teams, manage expectations, and foster collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing software or technology projects, preferably in startup, venture studio, or innovation-focused settings.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
