Role Description The Technical Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karur. The individual in this role will operate and monitor dairy manufacturing equipment, ensuring smooth production processes and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include performing routine checks on machinery, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and promptly reporting any equipment issues.

The Technical

Operator will follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintain accurate production and maintenance records,



and collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance. The role may also involve assisting in training new team members on equipment operation and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to support reliable and compliant production operations.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
- Candidates should possess the ability to participate in Training activities, including sharing operational knowledge and supporting skill development within the team.
- Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude, with the ability to understand technical instructions and equipment manuals.
- Previous experience in dairy, food processing, or FMCG manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety standards, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures in a plant setting.
- Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and manage physically demanding tasks as required in a production workplace.
- Minimum of a relevant technical diploma or certification in engineering, dairy technology, or a related field is preferred.
