Key Responsibilities

Application Support

- Provide day-to-day operational support for specialised high-volume / high-value applications.

- Diagnose and resolve technical faults within agreed service levels.

- Support and enable application upgrades and releases.

Process Discipline

- Apply structured incident, problem, and change management practices.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing activities.

- Work within the SDLC, coordinating with development and release teams.

Customer Stakeholder Engagement

- Maintain customer satisfaction through clear, timely communication.

- Liaise with suppliers and employees at all levels of the organisation.

- Operate effectively on client sites where required.

Required Skills

Technical - Essential

- Strong working knowledge of Unix or Linux server platforms.

- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Experience applying disciplined IT incident, problem, and change management.

- Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing.

Technical - Desirable

- Industry experience in Telco or CRM/marketing environments.

Qualified / Behavioural - Essential

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science.

- Minimum 1 year of Development Operations Support experience, ideally including client-site exposure.
