- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or IT support role
- Good knowledge of Cloud tools & platforms like AWS, GCP, Kubernetes
- Good understanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Valuable knowledge of DevOps tools(GitHub, Artifacory) and concepts (CI/CD, version control, automation)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalation paths
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
