The Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager to drive our product roadmap from conception to deployment. You will act as the crucial bridge between business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams. You won't just write requirements—you will deeply understand our system architecture, prioritize backlogs ruthlessly, and ensure our engineering squads ship high-quality features that users love.

Key Responsibilities

- Roadmap Ownership: Define, own, and execute the product vision and roadmap based on customer feedback, data metrics, and business objectives.
- PRD &
- Spec Writing: Write comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for complex software features.
- Backlog Prioritization: Manage and groom the product backlog, balancing technical debt, architectural upgrades, and new user-facing features.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central hub of communication between engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to keep everyone aligned.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Track key product metrics post-launch, run A/B tests,



and use data analytics to drive continuous product optimization.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Experience: 3+ years of technical product management experience working closely with software engineering teams.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, database schemas, and tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, or Cloud/AI infrastructure).
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL) to track metrics and make informed decisions.
- Communication &
- Execution: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of shipping complex products on time.
- Agile Mastery: Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and modern tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear).
