Position Summary We are looking for a Technical Lead – Product Engineering with 5–8 years of software development experience to join Duomint Technologies as one of the early technical members of the company.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership ability along with hands-on experience in software architecture, backend and full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, system design, and production-grade application development.

This role will work directly with the founding team and will be responsible for technically structuring, guiding, and scaling the software products we build.

Leadership & Strategic Responsibilities

- Lead and guide the software engineering team.
- Translate product requirements into clear technical architecture and development plans.
- Make key decisions related to architecture, frameworks, infrastructure, databases, APIs, and scalability.
- Review code, development quality, and important implementation decisions.
- Mentor developers and help establish strong engineering practices.
- Plan technical priorities, dependencies, and development timelines.
- Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and areas that require refactoring or rebuilding.
- Lead third-party integrations and external platform integrations.
- Maintain standards around security, reliability, performance, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Support the hiring and evaluation of future engineering team members.
- Work closely with the founding team and collaborate with AI/ML engineers where required.

Technical Skills

- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js / NestJS, Python, FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
- Databases:



PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- API Development: REST APIs, WebSockets, Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman.
- Authentication & Security: OAuth 2.0, JWT, Role-Based Access Control, API security, secure credential management.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
- DevOps & Deployment: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins, Nginx.
- Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket.
- System Design: Scalable web architecture, service design, caching, background jobs, queues, logging, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
- Integrations: Third-party APIs, webhooks, external SaaS platforms, payment or communication APIs where required.
- AI-enabled Applications: Experience integrating LLM or AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Candidates are not expected to be experts in every technology listed above , but should have strong experience across modern web application architecture and be capable of evaluating and selecting the right technologies for different requirements.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong practical experience may be considered in place of specific academic qualifications.
