We’re Hiring: Technical Executive (Shopify, Web Development & Digital Marketing)

Location: Vaishali Sector 4, Near Vaishali Metro Station, Ghaziabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Performance-based increments with excellent growth opportunities)

As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and self-driven Technical Executive who can independently manage our Shopify ecosystem, digital marketing initiatives, and website development.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Shopify & Web Development Expert with strong digital marketing expertise. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently building, managing, optimising, and scaling our Shopify store while driving online growth through effective marketing strategies and up-to-date AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Development & Website Management

- Independently build, maintain, and optimise our Shopify store.
- Design premium, conversion-focused UI/UX.
- Develop advanced custom Shopify sections and functionality.
- Create high-converting landing pages and product pages.
- Implement animated sections and modern UI/UX enhancements.
- Optimise the website for mobile devices to maximise conversions.
- Upload products with proper categorisation, SEO, GEO optimisation, and metadata.
- Optimise product images through compression and descriptive alt tags.
- Integrate and manage Shopify apps.




- Set up newsletters and automated email marketing workflows.
- Conduct UX flow testing and continuously improve user journeys.
- Set up heatmaps and user behaviour analytics to improve conversions.
- Manage blog setup, content structure, internal linking, and backlink strategy.
- Perform ongoing website improvements, testing, and design revisions.

Web Development

- Manage and maintain WordPress websites.
- Ensure website speed, security, backups, and technical performance.
- Implement SEO best practices and improve overall website performance.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid is highly preferred.

Digital Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and maximise ROI.
- Work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Implement conversion tracking and reporting.

AI & Automation

- Effectively utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, and other productivity tools.
- Use AI to enhance marketing, content creation, automation, and workflow efficiency.

Customer Communication

- Professionally manage customer communication via email.
- Resolve website-related customer queries.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience with Shopify development and store management.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify themes, Liquid, and customisation.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, GEO optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Experience with Shopify app integrations and email automation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Strong command of AI tools and automation platforms.
- Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid knowledge.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
