Job Summary

Technical Engineer EMC Storage: We are looking for an experienced L3 Storage Engineer to manage and maintain enterprise EMC/Dell EMC storage environments. The role will focus on advanced storage administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and infrastructure support to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of storage systems.

L3 Storage Engineer responsible for enterprise EMC/Dell EMC storage administration, troubleshooting and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

- Perform L3 storage administration and provide advanced technical support for enterprise storage environments.

- Handle storage provisioning, allocation, configuration, and decommissioning based on business requirements.

- Provide SAN/NAS administration and support,



including storage connectivity and access management.

- Monitor storage performance, availability, health, and utilization and proactively identify potential issues.

- Troubleshoot complex storage connectivity, performance, and availability issues.

- Manage incident and problem resolution for critical storage-related issues within defined SLAs.

Qualifications

- B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA.
