Technical Coordination Executive( B.tech /Diploma EEE with arrears also elligible )

Job Objective

We are looking for a technically oriented and responsible Technical Coordination Executive to coordinate KSEB-related activities, project documentation, site technical activities, installation and commissioning support for Solar Power Plant (SPP) and EV Charging Station (EVCS) projects.

The candidate will coordinate between the office, KSEB, customers, project teams, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical and project-related activities are completed efficiently and on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesKSEB & Statutory Coordination

- Coordinate with KSEB offices and officials for solar and EV-related project activities.
- Follow up on KSEB applications, approvals, inspections, feasibility, meter-related procedures, and other required processes.
- Prepare and coordinate submission of required KSEB documents.
- Track application and approval status and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate KSEB site inspections and ensure necessary arrangements are completed.

Site & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate technical activities at Solar and EV Charging Station project sites.
- Conduct site visits and provide regular site status reports.
- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, engineers, contractors, customers, and other site personnel.
- Collect site measurements, photographs, electrical details, load information, and other technical data.
- Identify basic site-level issues and communicate them to the concerned technical team.
- Coordinate required manpower, materials, tools, and documents for site activities.

Installation & Commissioning Support
- Support installation and commissioning activities for solar plants and EV charging stations.
- Coordinate with engineers and technicians during testing and commissioning.
- Assist in checking basic electrical and technical requirements before commissioning.
- Coordinate with OEM/service teams whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports,



checklists, and records.
- Maintain KSEB application and approval records.
- Prepare site visit reports and project status updates.
- Ensure technical documents are collected and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with the documentation and project teams for timely completion of project files.

Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Project, Service, Documentation, and Accounts teams.
- Follow up on pending technical requirements.
- Communicate project updates to the reporting manager.
- Escalate technical, site, or KSEB-related issues promptly.

Educational Qualification

Preferred Qualification:

- 3-Year Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics, or a related engineering field is preferred.

Candidates with relevant ITI qualifications and robust practical technical knowledge may also be considered based on their skills and experience.

Mandatory Eligibility

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for site visits, KSEB offices, customer locations, and project-related activities is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a field-based technical coordination role.
- Candidates should be willing to travel across Kerala whenever required for project activities.

Technical Knowledge Preferred

Basic knowledge of

- Solar PV systems and Solar Power Plants
- EV Charging Stations
- AC and DC EV chargers
- Basic electrical systems and wiring
- Electrical load and capacity
- KSEB procedures and documentation
- Site inspection and technical reporting
- Installation and commissioning activities
- Electrical safety practices

Knowledge of KSEB solar procedures,



electrical drawings, EV charging infrastructure, and commissioning will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic electrical and technical knowledge
- Good follow-up and problem-solving ability
- Ability to communicate professionally with KSEB officials, customers, technicians, contractors, and engineers
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on qualification and technical competency.

TA/DA: Provided for approved official travel as per company policy.

Performance Review: The employee's performance will be reviewed after 3 months.

Increment: A salary increment may be provided after the 3-month review based on:

- Technical performance
- KSEB coordination efficiency
- Site coordination and reporting
- Documentation accuracy
- Attendance and discipline
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently
- Overall contribution to project completion

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
