Bond Interiors is looking for a Technical Detailer / Architect to join our Trivandrum office and support our Dubai Head Office as part of our Technical Department.

Technical Detailer / Architect – Technical Department

Qualification & Experience

- B.Arch / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Architecture (D.Arch)
- Freshers to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Candidates with interior fit-out, architectural detailing, or technical drawing experience will be preferred

Key Requirements
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior fit-out drawings
- Ability to prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and technical details
- Knowledge of joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, and other interior fit-out details
- Ability to prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
- Understanding of site dimensions and coordination drawings
- Ability to coordinate drawings with design, QS, site, and commercial teams
- Knowledge of material specifications and construction details
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to coordinate with and support the Dubai Technical/Design team

Preferred Skills
- Interior fit-out experience
- Robust AutoCAD skills
- Knowledge of joinery and bespoke furniture detailing
- Knowledge of ceiling, partition, flooring, wall cladding, and other interior details
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software will be an advantage

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
