Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong experience in Golang, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and database design. You will lead a team of engineers, drive system architecture, and build scalable, high-performance backend services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Golang.

Develop responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver quality solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

Participate in system design, architecture discussions,



and technical planning.

Monitor application performance and implement improvements.

Ensure timely delivery of projects and assigned tasks.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Golang development.

Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.

Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL

Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms (GCP/Azure).

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Experience in leading or mentoring a development team is preferred.
