Position Overview

We re looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead our development pod. The ideal candidate should have a robust development background and behands-on in programming (Go or Python preferred).

As Tech Lead at Coredge,you will help develop our next-generation cloud native core solution along with the productand the open-source community to build the Coredge.io vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead from the front and mentor juniorSDEs.
- Act as a feature ownerbe responsible for leading the development of multiple features
- Participate in code reviews and set high standards and best practices
- Own design, development, scalability of features/micro-services.
- Take responsibility for customer deliverables, ensure quality and adherence to timelines
- Be a quick learner and the ideal candidate shouldhave a strong technical background able to work in a fast-paced manner
- Act as a single pointof contact to manage customerand internal management
- Mentor and build a strongteam, participate in hiring and appraisals
- Create prototypes and proofs-of-concept for iterative development

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in any programming language- 7+ years of experience
- Basic understanding of Operating systemand data structures.
- Good understanding of K8s, any cloud (AWS/OpenStack)
- Experience in any CI/CD tool - GitHub/Argo workflow, Argo CD, Jenkins
- Exposure to TDD and implementation of unit test framework
- Knowledge of REST APIs and frameworks.




- Hands-on in any database - Redis/Click house/MongoDB/PostgreSQL
- Basic understanding of kubectl CLI, helm, docker,Linux
- Experience in buildingproduction grade and scalable micro-services.
- Experience in implementing authentication and authorization frameworks and using frameworks like Keycloak, ADFS, Okta,
- Any open-source contribution is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills,with the abilityto articulate technicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders.
