Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical direction across backend and frontend development. The role involves architecture, design, code reviews, mentoring teams, and adoption of modern engineering practices. Day-to-day coding is not the primary expectation.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong backend expertise in Python / Node.js / Java
- Frontend experience in Angular / React / Flutter / React Native or similar
- Microservices architecture
- Cloud-native technologies
- CI/CD
- AI-led development practices
- Technical design, architecture & code reviews
- Team mentoring and technical leadership

Candidate Requirement

- Resume should match at least 80% of the mandatory requirements.
- Robust hands-on technical guidance and architecture experience required.
- Candidates must be serving notice period.
