Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic QSR Crew Member / Team Member to join our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, supporting kitchen operations, and maintaining a robust focus on speed, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The Team Member will ensure that every pizza meets the restaurant’s standards for taste, presentation, and service time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pizza Preparation

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Manage pizza dough preparation, topping placement, and baking while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure efficiency and speed during the pizza-making process in a fast-paced QSR environment.

2. Kitchen Operations





- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure ingredients and food supplies are stocked and available during operational hours.
- Follow portion control and minimize food wastage.

3. Hygiene & Safety

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pizza preparation area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per company policy.
- Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations.

4. Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training new team members on pizza preparation and kitchen procedures.
- Communicate effectively to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.

5. Customer Focus

- Prepare pizzas quickly while maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
- Handle special customer requests such as customization or dietary preferences.
- Maintain consistency in food quality to ensure a positive customer experience.
