Role Description The Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for supervising and guiding a project or sales team within Solar Smart’s rooftop solar operations. On a day-to-day basis, the Team Leader plans and allocates tasks, monitors progress against targets, and ensures projects or client engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role includes coordinating with internal departments (design, installation, and finance), supporting team members in customer interactions, and resolving operational issues promptly.

Leader is also expected to track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute to process improvement and best practices in line with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Team leadership and people management skills, including task delegation, performance tracking, and conflict resolution.
- Customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and handle client queries professionally.
- Project coordination and organizational skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and adherence to timelines and safety standards.
- Basic technical understanding of solar rooftop systems, EPC processes, and familiarity with renewable energy or related industries.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and maintaining structured reports and documentation.
- Relevant experience in team supervision within sales, operations, or project management, preferably in energy, construction, or infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik full time, demonstrating reliability, integrity, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
