Quess Corp Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Recruitment to manage and drive recruitment operations for our Manufacturing & Industrial business.

The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to achieve high-volume hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of HR Recruiters.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, documentation and joining.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Monitor recruiter performance and ensure productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, references, databases, campus drives, walk-ins and local hiring channels.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for manpower requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily/weekly performance reports.
- Track candidate pipeline, offers, joining and attrition.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Handle candidate and client escalations professionally.
- Support campus/job fairs and bulk recruitment drives when required.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and documentation.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- 3–6 years of relevant recruitment/staffing experience.
- Prior experience in team handling is preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar / manufacturing recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing channels.
- Strong target orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Positive command of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
