Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to lead our sales team at Bajaj Muvattupuzha and Kolenchery in ernakulam city The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve branch targets
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly goals
- Monitor daily sales activities and team productivity
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor team members for improved performance
- Coordinate with branch management to implement sales strategies
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective solutions




- Ensure showroom standards and operational efficiency

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales/team handling roles
- Prior automotive/two-wheeler industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
- Valuable customer relationship management skills
