Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of phlebotomists
- Handle manpower planning, allocation, and utilization
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to TAT
- Handle escalations and maintain service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
✅ Requirements:
- Solid team handling and manpower management skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (reporting & tracking)
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage field teams effectively

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
