Job Summary

To lead and oversee candidate verification operations in line with business plans, ensuring smooth service delivery and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with the Operations team to streamline workflows.
- Liaise with the Client Service team for clarification on assigned cases.
- Manage a team of 25-30 Associates.
- Monitor, track, and evaluate team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Drive performance and people management to maintain steady business operations.
- Identify areas of improvement and conduct coaching and feedback sessions to enhance performance.
- Highlight cases requiring support to reduce turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure service delivery standards are consistently achieved.
