Position: Team Lead-Context Mapping

Required Skill:

Project & Delivery Management:

- Plan, track, and deliver mapping projects as per client requirements and defined SLAs
- Develop and manage detailed workflow schedules and staffing plans across annotation, review, and QA layers
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, QA processes, and tool usage guidelines
- Own project metrics including accuracy, productivity, throughput, utilization, and turnaround times

Team Leadership:

- Manage day-to-day performance of team leads, annotators, and reviewers
- Conduct regular stand-ups, performance reviews, and feedback loops
- Support training coordination for current workflows and skill upgrades
- Identify and mentor high-potential team members for lateral mobility

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

- Serve as primary point of contact for client delivery managers on assigned workflows
- Coordinate periodic reviews, sample audits, and feedback incorporation
- Escalate risks, deviations, or blockers proactively with mitigation plans
