The ideal candidate should have strong MIS reporting, Excel, analytical, and team management skills, with the ability to manage multiple reports and operational requirements efficiently.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and disseminate MIS reports within defined timelines and formats.
- Manage Headcount, Attrition, Biometric, Revenue, Productivity, and Staffing reports.
- Prepare and review Billable / Non-Billable reports.
- Prepare, review, and issue invoices as per client agreements and company policies.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reports and invoices.
- Manage and mentor the team and conduct relevant training/upskilling sessions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.




- Identify process gaps and contribute to improving reporting and operational efficiency.

? Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Internal Operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good team management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work within strict timelines.
- Comfortable working from office.
