Job Summary

Emarat Maritime is looking for a Team Lead – AI & Generative AI to build and drive our AI capabilities from the ground up.

We are looking for a hands-on AI professional who can independently design, develop and deploy AI solutions, AI agents, LLM applications and automation workflows for real-world business use cases.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of taking projects from ideation to production, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for business applications.
- Develop AI Agents, LLM applications, chatbots, copilots and RAG systems from scratch.
- Design AI-powered APIs, backend services and automation workflows.
- Integrate AI with ERP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and enterprise applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured data and build data pipelines.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions using Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI or similar platforms.
- Implement AI-driven automation using Power Automate / Microsoft Power Platform.
- Monitor, optimize and scale AI applications for performance, reliability and cost.




- Identify new opportunities where AI can improve business processes.
- Establish AI development practices and eventually build and lead the AI team.

Required Skills
- 5–9 years of experience in AI/ML development with production deployments.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AI Agents.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow / PyTorch.
- Experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, backend development and data pipelines.
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise applications.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Master's in AI / Data Science / Machine Learning is preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on AI skilled who can build AI solutions from scratch, create intelligent agents, take them to production, and eventually lead the organization's AI function. Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
