Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Officer to handle showroom sales, build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customers and understand their requirements

• Recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions

• Generate leads and follow up

• Prepare quotations and process orders

• Build relationships with architects, designers, dealers & corporate clients

• Coordinate with design,



warehouse & delivery teams

• Achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer-handling & negotiation skills

• Good sales and lead follow-up skills

• Ability to build long-term customer relationships

• Experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, retail, B2B or B2C sales is a plus.

• CRM/digital sales knowledge is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
