Job Title: Teacher – Classes 1 to 8

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and student-friendly Teacher to join our institute and teach students from Classes 1 to 8.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner. The teacher will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and helping students build strong academic foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach students from Classes 1 to 8 in a structured and engaging manner.
- Handle classroom teaching and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples and interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, practice questions, and class activities.
- Conduct regular tests and assessments to track student performance.
- Identify students’ learning gaps and provide individual attention where required.
- Maintain discipline and ensure active participation during classes.
- Communicate students’ progress and areas of improvement to parents/management when required.
- Help students improve their academic performance, confidence, and overall learning skills.





Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant subject.
- Previous teaching/coaching institute experience is preferred.
- Strong command of the subject and good communication skills.
- Ability to teach multiple subjects for Classes 1–8 will be an advantage.
- Patient, energetic, responsible, and approachable personality.
- Passionate about teaching and comfortable working with children.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
