What we are looking for

Must Have

1. To build and maintain images containing operating system and core applications for distribution to user

desktops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
1. To develop and maintain skills in Microsoft Windows, OS deployment and software packaging

technologies, including assessing how they may be deployed into existing services or developed into new. ones
1. Contribute to the ongoing software selection and management, particularly relating to applications and

image deployment, best practice, policies, procedures, and associated documentation.
1. Manage and maintain the existing License Servers, including yearly licenses refreshes, License manager

updates, server updates as required.
1. Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly scheduled tasks relating to Patching management
2. Recommend and deploy changes via the change management process
3. Coordinating and driving technical incident resolution with operations, service engineering, and development teams
4. Investigate and diagnose the incident. Document incident resolution or workaround in the Service Management application!
5. Responsible for performing Incident Management functions as prescribed by the Incident Management Team within the standard operating practices and processes of ITIL service operation framework.
6.



Effectively communicating incident status to leadership and stakeholder groups
7. Very positive knowledge on software group creation and deployment.

12.Deep skills in troubleshooting
1. Knowledge on SCCM CB 1902 and migration
2. Good knowledge on Intune device enrollment
3. Candidate should know apps deployment testing and deploy to mobile devices.
4. Software distribution, Patch Management,

Responsibilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Administration and Optimization

Ability to work with a wide range of people with different skills and needs

Troubleshooting and Support

Following ITIL process, handling service management and Ticketing tools.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
