What we are looking for

Must Have

- Strong experience in infrastructure solution design (Compute, Storage, Backup, Network)
- Expertise with Windows/Linux platforms, virtualization (VMware/HyperV)
- Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS/GCP) IaaS, networking, landing zones
- Designing highavailability, DR, and backup strategies
- Deep knowledge of enterprise network components (LAN/WAN, Load Balancers, Firewalls highlevel)
- Capacity planning, sizing, and infra cost estimation
- Experience with infra integration, migrations, and modernization projects
- Understanding of ITIL processes and Solution Design Documents (SDD/SLA/NFR)

Responsibilities

- Design endtoend infrastructure architecture for current and existing business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering, impact analysis, and prepare highlevel and lowlevel design documents.
- Provide infra sizing, capacity planning, and performance recommendations.
- Work with crossfunctional teams (network, security, cloud, app teams) to build integrated solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit,



and operational standards.
- Support migration, transformation, and modernization programs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Create SoPs, SDDs, BoMs, and technical design artifacts.

• Provide technical governance, design reviews, and signoffs.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
