Education:

Job Role In this role, associates will design, develop, and provide support for applications. As part of this agile role, he/she will report to Account Service Delivery Lead and work closely with business units and other IT teams to deliver leading edge technology to enable digital capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Blue Prism Process Objects and Business Objects.
- Build reusable automation components following enterprise design standards.
- Develop end-to-end automated workflows using Blue Prism.
- Integrate bots with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and file-based interfaces.
- Implement exception handling, logging and monitoring frameworks.
- Support Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and OCR-based solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process SMEs to identify automation opportunities.
- Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD) and operational runbooks.
- Participate in testing, deployment, release management and production support.
- Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
