- Review US federal and state tax returns, including 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1041, along with extensions and amendments.
- Review tax workpapers, supporting documents, calculations, and schedules for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Identify missing information, tax inconsistencies, technical issues, and potential compliance risks and ensure timely resolution.
- Review returns for e-filing readiness and coordinate resolution of filing-related issues.
- Provide review comments and guide tax preparers on corrections, US tax concepts, and firm processes.
- Manage assigned review workload while ensuring quality, turnaround time,



and tax-season deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate tax notes, review documentation, workpapers, and workflow updates while ensuring strict client confidentiality.
- Identify recurring errors and contribute to team training, process improvements, and quality enhancement. ????????????:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Taxation / Tax Review.
- Strong knowledge of individual and business tax returns.
- Experience with UltraTax, ProConnect, Drake, Lacerte, or similar tax software preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
