Tax & Legal Skilled to advise HNIs, family offices, and corporates on direct tax, legal, and strategic advisory matters

Advise on income tax filing, & estate planning

Draft and review legal documents including SHA, SPA, DTD, & Term Sheets

Required Candidate profile

Strong experience in direct tax, legal advisory, transaction structuring, and client-facing HNI/family office matters

Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act

CA and LLB preferred
