Role Description The Target Based Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for meeting defined hiring and placement targets within agreed timelines. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various online platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interviews with clients.

The recruiter will manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and provide regular status updates to management and clients.



This role also involves building relationships with candidates and client representatives, negotiating offers within set guidelines, and continuously improving sourcing strategies to achieve or exceed recruitment targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Ability to manage recruitment pipelines, track progress, and meet target-based hiring goals
- Proficiency with online job portals, social media platforms, and basic ATS or CRM tools
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with a qualified and inclusive approach
- Solid time management, organization, and attention to detail in a remote work setting
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house) is preferred
- Comfort working with performance metrics, reporting results, and adjusting strategies as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
