Role Description This is a full-time, remote Talent Acquisition (Target-Based) role at CareerBloc. The individual in this role will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions in line with defined targets and timelines.

Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting structured interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job profiles.



The role also involves promoting employer branding initiatives, leveraging digital platforms to attract qualified candidates, and maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports.

The Talent

Acquisition specialist will ensure a positive candidate experience while consistently meeting or exceeding placement and performance targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Demonstrated ability in Hiring and Interviewing, including candidate assessment and structured interview techniques.
- Experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote organizational culture and value proposition across channels.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a focus on candidate and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet target-based goals.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and qualified networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency or high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
