About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring across technical and non-technical roles.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for internal hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels
- Screen and shortlist relevant profiles based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview process
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring cycle
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities




- Ensure good candidate experience and timely closures
- Support employer branding and hiring initiatives when required

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
- Experience in hiring for IT and/or Non-IT roles
- Good understanding of screening and interview coordination

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in internal/corporate hiring preferred
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
