Role Description This is a full-time, remote Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in India, supporting Scale Healthcare’s growing team.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions across various roles and levels. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, refine job requirements, and provide data-driven hiring insights. The Specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives,



maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include using digital tools and platforms for recruiting, updating applicant tracking systems, and collaborating with HR and leadership to support strategic talent needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess experience with Interviewing and Hiring processes, including coordinating stakeholders and supporting fair, structured assessments.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization across digital channels and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably within healthcare, technology, or professional services environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and online sourcing tools; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
