We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail staff and management positions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, bulk hiring, and coordinating with business teams to close positions within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail staff and management-level positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and store managers for further interview rounds.
- Manage the complete selection, offer, joining, and onboarding process.
- Maintain updated candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Understand manpower requirements from store managers and HR/business teams.




- Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines and recruitment budgets.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements for new store openings, expansion projects, and seasonal hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring retail recruitment requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure quality hiring aligned with business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in Retail, FMCG, Staffing, or Non-IT Recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate closure.
- Good understanding of retail/store-level hiring and bulk recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/HRMS, and MS Excel.
- Solid communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong follow-up skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business teams.
