The Role

We're looking for a Junior Associate Talent Manager who's hungry to learn the business from the inside. You don't need a decade of contacts yet, you need sharp instincts, a genuine love for this world, and the drive to become the person everyone in the room relies on.

You'll work alongside senior agents on the careers of top actors, learning how deals get built, how relationships get made, and how the engine actually runs. This is where you cut your teeth. If you're someone who notices everything, follows through on the details others miss, and wants to grow into a full-fledged agent, this is your seat.

What You'll Be Doing

Support senior talent managers across a roster of actors, from rising stars to household names.

Track and coordinate schedules, campaigns, content shoots, PR requests, and the hundred moving parts that keep things running.

Sit in on brand and platform conversations,



learning how partnerships get pitched and closed.

Help research industry movement, who's casting what, what's trending, what's next.

Start building your own relationships across the ecosystem: brand teams, casting associates, publicists, stylists.

Keep everything organized so nothing slips, ever.

What We're Looking For

One - Two years of experience in talent management, entertainment, brand, or a related space (internships count).

A real appetite for the industry and a working knowledge of Bollywood and digital culture.

Ferociously organized. You're the one who never drops a thread.

Solid communicator, even stronger listener.

Calm under pressure, quick on your feet.

Curiosity that outpaces your .

Bonus Points

You've assisted on shoots, campaigns, or events.

You already follow the industry closely, the stories, the stars, the shifts.

You've been told you're the most dependable person in the room.
