Responsibilities

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria
- Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process




- Create a positive candidate experience that enhances the companys employer brand
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment methods and tools

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate workplace
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies and interview methods
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
