Polyrub Plastics (PPPL), a part of JNV Ventures, was incorporated in 2014. Its business is in the manufacturing of Engineering Plastic Moulded components, PVC moulded components and multi-coloured designer floor mats for the Automotive, White Goods and Toys sectors.

Polyrub Plastics is engaged in manufacturing of components which finds its application in Body, Power Train, Chassis, Transmission for various OEMs and Tier-1, whilst maintaining robust focus on Quality standards by constantly upgrading know-how and technology as per the latest trends in the industries.

Having its footprint spread across 60,000 sq. ft., its has two facilities located located in Khushkhera, Rajasthan (India). The first plant commenced operations in 2015 and its second plant in 2023. The units are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology, adding to the company’s production capacity. The company is IATF 16949: 2016 & ISO 9001: 2015 and DUNS certified.

Polyrub Plastics has Injection moulding (Horizontal & vertical) machines ranging from capacities of 45T to 900T, and Robotic multi coloured designer floormat lines. For decoration it also has Pad Printing machine and vibration welding machine. It also holds a Green Rating from Maruti MACE.

The company is constantly working on diversifying and growing its product portfolio and industry segments in domestic and exports markets.



To add value to its customers, it has also backward integrated into Mould manufacturing by setting up its own Central Engineering & Tool Development centre to provide a complete end to end solution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, covering sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess proven abilities in Interviewing and Hiring, including structured assessments and coordination with hiring managers.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the organization across digital platforms and talent networks.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in fast-growing or tech-enabled businesses, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruitment analytics tools is an advantage.
