About The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 16. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top technology talent across various domains. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT recruitment landscape.

As part of our team, you will work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT/Technology recruitment. Proficiency in sourcing through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards is essential.

Strong

Boolean and X-Ray search skills are required to identify and engage suitable candidates efficiently.



Candidates should have experience hiring across a broad spectrum of technologies including Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Testing, RPA, and Full Stack Development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel for data management and reporting is also preferred. A proactive attitude, ability to thrive under pressure, and a passion for talent acquisition are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As an IT Recruiter at Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd., your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of the recruitment cycle for IT and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Utilizing Boolean search techniques and X-Ray searches to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Engaging with candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.




- Coordinating with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Negotiating offers and closing candidates in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities in ATS and MS Excel.
- Staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise clients accordingly.
- Participating in walk-in drives and recruitment events as required.
